Highlights of 2018


2018 was a really big year for me. For the last few years I have been recovering from a burnout and operation in 2015. However its a really been the last year where things have started to really come together.

With that in mind, here are some highlights from the last year. Things which have changed or happened which I am grateful for.

RIP Apple Watch. Long live Apple Watch.


I broke my Apple Watch in Vienna on Thursday and replaced it the next day. This is quick post about why I replaced it, and what features drove the decision to replace it rather than going back to my old first gen watch.

It feels kind of amazing, but its already been about 6 weeks since i moved into my new home. It’s been a pretty long, but positive transition. In this post i’m going to reflect on what is working well and what will need some future tweaking.
